○بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the  Most Merciful.

شروع اللہ کے نام سے جو بڑا مہربان

 نہایت رحم والا ہے

Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim

 

○ اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّٰهِ رَبِّ الْعٰلَمِينَ

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds.

سب طرح کی تعریف خدا ہی کو (سزاوار) ہے جو تمام مخلوقات کا پروردگار ہے

‘Al-Hamdu lillahi Rabbil-‘Aalamin

 
○اَلرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا

‘Ar-Rahmaanir-Rahiim

 
○مٰلِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّين

Master of the Day of Judgment.

 انصاف کے دن کا حاکم

Maaliki Yawmid-Diin
 



○اِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَاِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ

It is You we worship, and upon You we call for help.

(اے پروردگار) ہم تیری ہی عبادت کرتے ہیں اور تجھ ہی سے مدد مانگتے ہیں

‘Iyyaaka na’-budu wa ‘iyyaaka nasta-‘iin
 

○اِهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ

Guide us to the straight path.

ہم کو سیدھے رستے چلا

‘Ihdinas-Siraatal-Mustaqiim

صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ اَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ ۙ○ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّآلِّينَ○

The path of those You have blessed, not of those against whom there is anger, nor of those who are misguided.

ان لوگوں کے رستے جن پر تو اپنا فضل وکرم کرتا رہا نہ ان کے جن پر غصے ہوتا رہا اور نہ گمراہوں کے

Siraatal-laziina ‘an-‘amta ‘alay him-Gayril-magzuubi ‘alay him wa laz-zaaalliin
